SHIPPING POLICY

Made when you order

Every Dust It Off piece is printed or stitched after you buy it. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for a customer. That is how we run focused drops without burning through inventory — and it means production is part of your delivery time, not something that already happened before you arrived.

How long it takes

Making it — 2 to 5 business days
Getting it to you — 3 to 5 business days
Realistically — about one to two weeks from order to doorstep
Embroidered pieces, the caps especially, usually sit at the longer end of that. If you order more than one thing, it may arrive in more than one parcel — there is no extra charge for that.

What it costs

Flat $8.00 anywhere in the US. Free on orders over $70.

Tracking

You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If ten business days have passed and nothing has moved, email us at hello@dustitoffapparel.com with your order number and we will chase it.

Addresses

Check yours before you check out. A parcel returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete has to be remade or reshipped, and we will have to charge for that. We will always tell you the cost before doing anything.
